In 2014, Pinnacle Hospitality LLC finalized designs for the development of a new Hampton Inn & Suites in Greenville, SC. This 127-room Hilton Brand hotel is now under construction and has a target opening date of December 2015. The hotel is located at the intersection of The Parkway and Parkway East, just off Pelham Road, one exit away from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. The six-story hotel will showcase Hampton Inn & Suites’ signature design and will boast state-of-the-art meeting spaces and fitness facilities. Pinnacle Hospitality, LLC has always aspired to be green-friendly and forward-thinking in design. Accordingly, this hotel will incorporate numerous energy-efficient elements.
Guests at this location will also enjoy the convenience of walking to a new upscale-casual restaurant to be developed adjacent to the hotel. The restaurant brand has not been finalized, but Pinnacle Hospitality LLC has begun to market this location with hopes of bringing a reputable, national brand.
